An Act to change the name of the Imperial Library.

WHEREAS it is expedient to change the name of the Imperial Library;
It is hereby enacted as follows:- |

This Act may be called the Imperial Library (Change of Name)
Act, 1948 |

2. |
On and after the commencement of this Act, the Imperial Library
shall be known as "the National Library", and any reference
to the Imperial Library in any law for the time being in force
or in any indenture, instrument or other document shall be construed
as a reference to the National Library. |
